The Army always has been slow to change, and I believe that is the cause of less creativity. Now creativity can be used in different ways, like how to train someone. Granted there is a regulation on how everything is done but not how the training is conducted at the lower levels. I've changed up things, like first aid for example, instead of using a PowerPoint to explain the steps I do hands-on. Show them exactly what it looks like and how it can be done. Try to inspire motivation to learn something new or old. Unfortunately, that's where I believe it stops and there is nothing wrong with it but it's nice to think what the Army could be like with more innovation. The Army always changes training based on what's currently going on in the world so that we are always ready.
