I need a little help developing a mini case study using the concepts of creativity. In the mini-case study it needs to typically includes the four elements described here: (a) a scenario describing a problem experienced by individuals within the organization, (b) a solution to the problem, (c) the outcomes achieved through that solution, and (d) the solution's overall benefits for individuals within the organization or the organization as a whole. The mini case study should include the following elements:
The scenario should focus on a solution that can be applied to foster creative thinking in a real-world business setting.
