Case: COMIC MIX LLC. v. DR. SEUSS ENTERPRISES, L.P.

Argument:

"BOLDLY!" DOES NOT DISRUPT THE MARKET FOR "GO!"

The plaintiff claims that Boldly! intends to disrupt the market in which Go! exists, that being the graduation market, from any form of education. The purpose of Boldly! is not to target and capitalize off of the graduation market, but instead to relate the theme of self-discovery and persistence to the characters within the Star-Trek franchise.
