The McDonalds own an organic hobby farm just outside of town. Mr. McDonald loves to experiment with seeds and grows the most unique vegetables. Together they raise chickens for eggs, hogs, and beef. Mrs. McDonald loves to cook. The McDonalds have decided to use all the products from the farm to open a farm-to-plate restaurant. Because of Mr. McDonald's creative growth processes, he wants to name the restaurant The Farmacy. They are unsure of what type of business entity to use for their new business venture.
a. What type of business entity would you suggest for the McDonalds? Explain and support your reasoning.
