If the volume of ocean water is 5.4*10^20 contains 4.1 percent sodium chloride ("salt") by mass and the density of the water is 1.86 g/mL, calculate the total mass of sodium chloride. (1 ton = 2000 lb, 1 lb. = 453.6 g). Give the answer is Kg.

I have worked this problem numerous times and do not get the correct answers according to the solutions in the back of the textbook. Please help. Will have a similar question on exam.
