Problem- Calculate the number of moles of Ba(ClO3)2 formed when 0.2 mole of Ba(OH)2 is treated with 0.2 mol of HClO3 according to the chemical reaction shown below. Ba(OH)2 +2 HClO3 ---> Ba(ClO3)2 + 2 H2O
A) 0.1 mol B) 0.6 mol C) 0.5 mol D) 0.4 mol
I think the # of moles for HClO3 may be a typo, I believe it is 0.5, but I am not sure since it was typed as 0.2.
