For the population in Qu 1, we sequence the alleles and find that they differ only at the following sites:

Adh locus Site # 32  46  52 171 206 gene length = 210

Allele A                  T  C   G    A        C

B                              A T    A    G       T

Mdh locus Site # 48 98 165 gene length = 180

Allele A                  T C    G

B                               T T   G

C                                A C G

D                                T C A

Est-A locus Site # 18 55 186 213 gene length = 240

Allele A                    T C    G         A

B                                 T T   G          T

C                                   A T A       A

Given these data and using the frequency data given in Qu1, for each of the 4 loci:

a) Calculate the number of SNPs and % segregating sites.

b) Calculate the nucleotide diversity.
