Aluminum strips were added to an aqueous HCl solution and the hydrogen gas was collected over water in a burette. In total 35.5 of hydrogen gas was collected at 25.0 °C and 755.8 The water level inside the burette is also 27.1 mm above the water in the beaker at the end of the experiment. Calculate the mass of Al(s) consumed in this reaction.
