Benton County, Oregon is considering whether or not to stock pheasants in one of the county parks and to allow hunting subject to a fee per bird harvested. The park is currently used for only one other activity: disc golf, and only a $2 fee per person is charged for this activity.
Assume that the demand curve for pheasant hunting is linear and we only have a point estimate of the elasticity of demand at a quantity of 14,000 birds and a price of $1.50 per bird from another park in a nearby county. That estimate is: -0.000643. Calculate the linear demand schedule
