Problem 1: Data Manipulation in R. hflights contains all flights departing from Houston airports IAH (George Bush Intercontinental) and HOU (Houston Hobby) in 2011. To use it, you need to install and load the package hflights. Answer the following questions about the data you've imported:

a. (Use Dpylr) We'd like to find out the average delay time of flights departing from IAH. Group by destinations, calculate the average arrival delay (ArrDelay), average departure delay (DepDelay) and average air delay (define Air Delay = ArrDelay - DepDelay). Rearrange the entries by average air delay in a descending order.
