To calculate approximately the ability of Ibuprofen to move through different tissues in the body(, pharmacologists observed its octanol:water partition ratio, sometimes referred to as "P". )To measure its P, the Ibuprofen added with octanol and H2O at pH 7.4 and then it was forcefully shaken. The  both compounds octanol and H2O were permitted to separate from each other, and the amount of Ibuprofen in the octanol phase separated by the amount in the H2O phase was calculated to be P = 11.7. Determine why would the P have been higher or lower if the H2O had been at pH 5?
