This journal must NOT be a descriptive list of topics studied, but rather a reflection on how the course may have changed your perspective or understanding of Logistics and SCM. You could consider, for example, what surprised you on the course and why; how the course changed your mind about something; what you now believe to be most important about supply chain and logistics strategy; what you learned from group work, case studies, etc., and how the other assignments improved your knowledge and understanding. It is up to you, there is no model answer for this assignment.
