1. In the years of 2016 -2018 the average parts received per month was 500. In 2019 there is a 60% increase in receiving parts. Compared to 2016 - 2018, did 2019 quality notification (QN) Z6 and Z8 type increase or decrease? By what percentage?

2. Quality Assurance was not please with how long it took the QN's to be completed (signed-off). Compared to 2016 - 2018, did 2019 have a better QN time sign-off rate? If so, by what percentage.

3. Using Little's law formula:

1. L = A x W.

2. Number of items in the system = (the rate items enter and leave the system) x (the average amount of time items spend in the system).

3. W = L / A. Compared to 2016 - 2018, did 2019 defect quantity, and net value increase or decrease.

For the year 2019 please equate the 60% increase of items received.
