Business Solutions Inc. is an accounting firm that is owned and managed by Chad Lomax, Chicago, Illinois. It is a small firm that majors in tax accounting, bookkeeping, QuickBooks and Sage setup, and management accounting. To be able to have a wide coverage, the business will be moving from one person model so that it may venture to more accounting services. At this point investment in marketing and staff will be inevitable since it will be a strategy to grow the business to allow these new accounting services (Carey, Knowles, & Towers, 2011). The business plan outlines the plans and measures for the business expansion and set goals in the next three years.

The business will provide the accounting services to its customer with the direction of a certified Public Accountant at a reasonable price. In order to achieve this student with skills on accounting and graduate student will be hired; this will ensure fixed costs are minimal. The marketing of Business Solutions Inc. expertise will be kept consistent through its website resources.

OBJECTIVES

Business Solutions Inc. seeks to provide accounting solutions to clients and even go a step ahead of hiring developers who will develop Applications under the name the company, sell and offer training (Riahi 2003).

Business Solutions Inc. has the following objectives in place:

To expand its business from offering already made software to its in-house manufactured software.

To generate a net profit of $ 60,000 in coming 3 years.

Increase its customer base.

To increase the employment rate

MISSION

The Business Solution Inc. seeks to provide a full package of tax, bookkeeping, management accounting and business software set up for businesses worldwide; this will allow effectiveness and cost saving over in-house accounting and ensure total compliance of tax laws.
