Prompt: Choose 2 different business issues such as narcissism, organizational culture, change and stress etc. from your own professional work experience or peer-reviewed journal articles.

Apply 2 different concepts (such as Fiedler contingency model, matrix structure, Lewin's change model, etc.) from Chapters 14-16 in the Kinicki & Fugate textbook to the issue you are discussing.

Relate the chosen chapter concepts from your reading to the business issue in a way that demonstrates understanding of each concept.
