You have been hired as a new entry-level business analyst for a national finance company. In your role, you are responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the business systems, market data, and trends that the end users need. You have been asked to define a new project based on a given set of objectives from the senior business analyst.

Your first objective is to meet with the operations manager to discuss the decline in sales. In preparing for your upcoming meeting with the operations manager, you decide to research the following areas and cover them
