Assessment Task: Research and write a literature review paper with analysis of chosen leadership topic. A selection of topics will be provided for students to choose from. This assessment aims to enable students to examine and critically analyse one aspect of leadership theory in depth, to understand what makes up scholarly research on the topic and to see how knowledge is built gradually. The literature review must be based on scholarly peer-reviewed literature on the selected topic and each student is required to have a minimum of eight (8) peer reviewed articles included in the review.
