How important do you think to build trust in an organization or a workplace? What would happen when there is lack of trust in an organization?

Empowered people have a sense of trust. They are confident that they will be treated fairly and equitably. They maintain an assurance that even if they are in subordinate positions, the ultimate outcome of their actions will be justive and goodness as opposed to harm or damage. Having a feeling that the behavior of others is consistent and reliable, that information can be held in confidence, and that promise will be kept all are a part of developing a sense of empowerment in people.
