The project is to build a python application to recommend Training modules based on skill proficiency, current project/job skills.
Note - Attached a dataset. Done many searches and unable to get a relevant dataset. What we have attached is not enough to do this work. So recommend web scrapping to get the courses and their providers from websites based on users input from his skill set or current role.

The program is to print the time in seconds that the iterative version takes, the time in seconds that the recursive version takes, and the difference between the times.
