Imagine you are a member of a hiring committee. As a member of this committee, you are tasked with creating a spreadsheet that contains the key variables of interest that both provide useful descriptive information of each applicant (for quick reference) as well as variables that are likely to influence whether or not particular applicants are deemed to be “better” potential hires.

-Come up with 2 variables for each of the 4 scales (nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio) that you would likely want to incorporate into your spreadsheet for the hiring committee.

In addition to describing/labeling the variables, make sure to briefly describe each variable’s contents to illustrate and demonstrate that the variable would in fact be measured with the identified scale.
