Write a report of 1000 words
The report should take the form of a Self-Reflection with the following title:
"Am I Employable? A Critical Reflection on Graduate Employability in the Context of My Personal Career Path"
It should on your lived experience and your own circumstances
Requires self-assessment of your own employability skills
Involves reflection on your degree, your field, and your goals
Demands critical engagement with real career planning tools (CVs, interviews, internships)
Can include references to conversations with career advisors, volunteering or work experience
Enhanced Report Guidelines
Cover page (No table of contents or executive summary are required for this assessment - just the cover page). This should comprise the module title and assessment title and number along with your name and student ID. It would also be useful to include your lecturer's name.

Chartered Management Institute (CMI) provides background on what employers are looking for in terms of graduate skills
Self-Assessment & Personal Reflection (400 words) Use a reflective style:
Your skills and gaps
Your experience in group work, leadership, communication, etc.
Any internships, volunteer work, or part-time jobs
Feedback you've received from mentors, tutors, or peers
Discuss how your degree can support your employability
Tip: Include quotes from your own resume, cover letter, or interview prep work, or performance appraisal feedback at work
Conclusion - Future Actions & Career Planning (300 words) Identify 2-3 actions you'll take to improve your employability.
Link actions to models or frameworks
e.g. SWOT analysis
or Personal development Plan eg
o complete LinkedIn Learning courses
o attend a career fair or apply for a specific internship
