We have read about many different "schools" or theories of management, ranging from Maslow to Bureaucracies to Scientific Management - and several more. We have also noted the growing influence of Millennials in the workplace. Identify and briefly summarize an article that addresses the workplace characteristics of the Millennial Generation (those born from 1980-1998).
