Bob is an Employee for Widgets, Inc. as a traveling salesman. Bob has a company car and cell phone. While on a sales call, Bob stops for lunch and runs a quick errand to the hardware store. While pulling out of the parking lot, Bob pulls in front of a car, causing serious injuries to the other driver, as well as property damage to the other vehicle.
