FACTS: Ben needs to buy a webcam he could use for his online Zoom classes. Ben's laptop camera no longer works. Ben is 17 years old. Ben received a Great Tech Pty Ltd catalogue that had the Creative Live V2 webcam he wanted, advertised for sale for $50. This was nearly half price and Ben had enough money in his savings. Ben went into the Great Tech store and said, "I accept your offer to buy the Creative Live V2 webcam for $50. The manager of Great Tech said, "Sorry we are sold out of that webcam.' Ben said he had studied Legal studies last year and they were in a binding contract.

QUESTION:
