The question above has got 2 parts. In first part, it doesnt say any word limit. Just follow what question is asking and also we need a ASIC Form 201 .. the assignment is on no liability company so you can use mining company. Donot forget what question is asking like various consents, section, replaceable rules, section, constitution and section... redeemable preference shares.... And in part 2 its a 400 words assignment reference in harvard anglia style.
