Online Education (OE) has the potential to transform how customers learn, interact and discover new experiences. Yet, it faces a critical challenge... It lacks physical interaction, and social isolation potentially alienates some customers. How can we increase the interactivity of online education without foregoing the benefits of asynchronous (at your time) studies.

Task: You are a team of innovation consultants. You will come up with a new way to encourage people to interact in online education. This does not necessarily require coding, a new hardware, or expensive R&D. The best ideas are innovative, and innovation is a force multiplier for investment.
