Being able to use farm-to-table produce can be beneficial financially economically and socially. The farm-to-table concept has become more popular in restaurants. This concept requires knowledge of the product and what the farmers use on the produce. It also requires planning to make this big of a comment to fulfill the demands of these orders. The farm-to-table method of getting produce to the customers helps to let the customers know that the product that they are receiving is superior quality and fresh. The stores can also have a certain set of requirements for the farmers. The farmers will adhere to these requirements because they want to know that they will have a constant buyer for their produce. The downfall of this means that the stores will only get certain products at certain times of the year. They will get in-season produce. There can be a lot of ways that data and communication cation can be used with the local farmers that the supermarket uses, one is the availability of produce. The price and how much the product is being sold for. There needs to be constant communication between the farmer and the stores so that it is known how much product is needed set each deliverer,

When trying to know what is available of the product and what is needed to support the farm-to-table aspect in the stores, as the coo u want to make sure our store will use the farm-to-table products that are the best quality for our customers. I would also want to make sure that there is a contract between the store and the farmers so that we are both protected. I would also want to make sure that the farmers can't change the prices whenever they want to.
