I would like to share my one experience related to change in my previous company where the company was into a business of producing the halogen lamps for auto industry. Company took the decision to buy automatic machines for producing the halogen lamps. It will increase the quality and quantity of the lamps with less labour force. So from the journey of challenges starts like how to reduce the workforce, who will be responsible to handle the machines and what and when the training should be provided to the workers for working on this machine. Besides that, the most important challenge was how to take safety measure to prevent the future accidents that can occur through careless while working on this machine.

So it requires a proper guideline to handles these challenges. But company manages all challenges well. The managers prepared all the policies efficiently and trained the work force as per plan.
