According to Edgar Shein the culture of an organization has three levels: artifacts, values and assumptions. Following this model, analyze the culture at the university specifying levels and sub-levels. Explain why you evaluated it that way, and how do members of the organization learn about it (socialization). Based on your assessment of the University, choose one level or sub-level that you would like to change (e.g. artifacts: dress code). Explain why you would like to change it, and following Lewin's change model explain step by step how you would proceed. Do you expect any resistance to change? Why? What would you do about it?
