It was not well received. As you walk down aisle B in the warehouse, you see a cloud of smoke and then see Chris running to aisle A. You need to talk to Chris.

Are we accusing Chris of smoking? Does the scenario say for a fact that it was Chris?

If we want to put someone on the defensive, we can certainly head in that direction by accusing them of something they may not have done. Can you think of another way to handle the situation without jumping to the conclusion that Chris is guilty?
