Are there any safety concerns or risks in the current situation? Use news stories from the past year if possible. Then present your vision and mission statements. Focus on the big picture.

Under Problem Worth Solving, be more basic. You are looking at your customer's needs. e.g. You will not succeed unless you do this!

Then your solution is based on the vision you have presented.

Once you have presented a clear technical view of what you are offering.

Then make the case as to why should the customer investor trust/partner with/believe in you? Why are you better than your competition?
