1. Are the variables in the data set normally distributed? If not, which aren't? How might that impact your data analysis?

2. Using the variable "LeftTheCompany" (which is an indicator of employee turnover), choose one other variable in the data and formulate an appropriate HR-driven research question that would investigate if there is a significant statistical relationship between employee turnover and the other variable you selected. State your question and state the business case for the answer.

3. Using the question you developed in the step above, perform the appropriate statistical test to investigate your question. Explain why you selected the test you performed.

4. Show the SPSS results of your analysis and discuss what the results mean. How can they be applied in a business setting to positively impact turnover in XYZ Company?
