Part One: Describe with some detail an experience where you "encouraged the heart" of a colleague or follower in a manner described by this week's reading. How did you encourage their heart, and what specific behavior(s) and/or actions contributed to your ability to do so? How do you know that your leadership resulted in the encouragement of the heart of someone else? Part Two: Describe an experience when you were encouraged by the purposeful actions of another leader. How did they encourage your heart, and what specific behavior(s) and/or actions contributed to their ability to do so? Why were they effective in the encouragement of your heart? Finally, create a summary message to describe the significance of "Encourage the Heart" as it relates to your view of leadership. (No citations/references required).
