This initial Business research report takes into account the expectations of the customers from a newly established restaurant / Hotel.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Need to find out the basic customer expectation from a newly started restaurant. My clients seem to be unhappy with the kind of services provided at my restaurant. I need to research on this problem and find a solution for the same.

Research Questions:

1. Are my customers happy with the quality of food provided?

2. Are my customers satisfied with the seating facilities?

3. Are my customers happy with the speed with which there orders are serviced?

4. Are my customers satisfied with the behavior of the serving staff?

5. Are my customers happy with the hygiene maintained at the restaurant?

6. Are my customers happy with the ambience maintained in the hotel?

7. Does my client feel that he has received the value for the money they have spent?

8. What are the areas of improvement as per my customers?

9. Do our customers expect any special treatment to our loyalty customers (those who visit the hotel frequently either for food or for staying)?

10. Do my customer find the work done by the cleaning and janitor staff satisfactory?

11. Are the customers happy with the freebies provided with the food?

12. Do the customer expect more variety in the food offered?
