Paulo Rodriguez is a partner in ABR Architectural firm. There are 10 partners and 30 associate/architects. Paulo is 65 and has been told he must retire this year. He is a young and vibrant partner in the firm and is one of the founding people who created this firm. The firm is very healthy financially and he doesn't need the money but wants to keep working. Please explain how the ADEA works, whether he can be forced to retire or not and the reasons for your answer.
