How has technology changed the "reasonable expectation of privacy" test?  Do you have the same "reasonable" privacy expectation for your cell phone, your PDA, or your e-mail, or your computer as you do for a land phone line in your parents' home?  Even If you do not, do you think that gives constitutional and legal permission to the police to search those items?
