You are a strategic consultant working for a London-based advisory firm that supports local businesses in navigating fast-paced economic, social, and technological changes. For this assignment, you have been commissioned to advise a local SME within a 10-mile radius of your college that operates in the food and beverage or hospitality sector-for example, a restaurant, café, bakery, independent caterer, boutique hotel, or event venue.
Your consultancy is helping such businesses to become more agile and resilient in the face of post- pandemic shifts, changing consumer behaviours, staffing challenges, and digital transformation.

Develop two strategic options that enhance the SME's ability to respond to external challenges while leveraging internal strengths.
Use frameworks such as Creating Shared Value Strategies, Blue Ocean Strategy, or
Platform Strategies to justify your proposed options.
