Scope of the assignment:

You will analyze the supply chain of a large Canadian company. Your mission is to understand one of their supply chains, deconstruct it, and identify the strengths and weaknesses within that chain of supply.

You will present the business by giving a brief history of the organization, what products/services they offer, and the geographic locations that they serve. You should disclose what their strengths and what some of their best practices are.

You will also present any identified opportunities and your suggestions to increase the company's sustainability or make any recommendations to improve their Lean initiatives, mode(s) of transportation improvements, triple bottom line suggestions, or any other links to learning from the course content.

You will finish with your overall opinion of this organization including whether or not you would like to work for this business and why.
