1. Provide a brief of the organization's history and background. Elucidate the basic principles and marketing concept that have helped the organization to succeed.

2. Is the organization serving the consumer or business market? Analyze the market segment and the target market it caters to. Analyze the differentiation and positioning strategy of the organization.

3. Evaluate the product, pricing, distribution and promotion strategies of the organization that have helped to meet the target market needs.

4. Summarize your report and provide recommendations that could lead to long term organizational success.
