"Our Expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field and have prior experience in a managerial or a leadership position. A deep understanding of financial management is also a plus.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan, Organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
• Complete financial reports lead, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial decisions.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

Operations Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in management, operations and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners and employees.
• Solid understanding of financial management.
