Mr. Sandun Herath, Chief Marketing Officer, explained “you know that roughly eight out of ten customers recommend your company’s service even to their counter parts. That is because of word of mouth that’s a pretty powerful tool. So satisfying our clients to the fullest is the DNA of our success”.
In 2008, Evove has increased its presence on social media websites such as Face book, Twitter and LinkedIn. Just 05 weeks after the firm integrated with these social networks, Evove received more than 100 CVs from new candidates and more than 10 new job orders ( each require more than 200 candidates/employees) from some reputed Middle East companies. To measure the viral success of these social media websites, Evove identified bloggers who either wrote their own stories or picked up stories originally posted by a few influential bloggers who were given a special preview. Evove classified each blog post according to velocity (whether it took a month or happened in a few days), share of voice (how much talk occurred in the blogosphere), voice quality (what was said and how much positive or negative it was) and sentiment (how meaningful the comments were).
