Case: The purpose of the Research Paper assignment is to allow students to illustrate their knowledge and grasp of each week's textbook and lecture materials. In addition, the integration and analytical skills of it will be exemplified. Students will answer questions about content in the lecture and textbook, and then apply their arguments to video clips or articles that illustrate these concepts or ideas. In addition they will use research skills to integrate empirically based peer review research in their arguments.
Students are required to submit one research paper using the Microsoft Word program worth 20 points in this course. Although you have several research paper options to choose from, you are only required to submit one (1) by the due date posted in your syllabus. Student who are retaking this class are required to submit a research paper on a different topic; this means you must select a topic that is different from the one completed in the original semester. Your research paper is an important part of your final grade in this course, so be sure to carefully review all the instructions made available below, and refer to them as you complete this assignment. Failure to follow these instructions will directly affect your grade.
