Chicken Delight claims that 87 percent of its orders are delivered in 10 minutes of time the order is placed. A sample of 70 orders revealed that 57 were delivered in promised time. At .02 significance level, can we conclude that less than 87 percent of orders are delivered in less than 10 minutes?
