In this assignment, you will analyze and discuss your personal leadership style. Based solely on your experience, current readings, work experience, or education, describe what you feel is your personal leadership style. Include the following in your response:

My Comment: you can use Google search because you don't have access for saudi electronic Library BUT I need to use these techniques when you use google.

1. Quoting: Take the original text using own text as it is and put it between quotation marks.

2. Paraphrasing: Rewrite the original text using own words.

3. Summarizing: Rewrite the original text focusing on the main idea only; using your own words.
