You are required to submit two, five-page, individual write-ups on two different case studies listed below. For Case Analysis 1 and Case Analysis 2, you will answer the set of questions posed. You'll be assigned these cases in Module 1.

• Case Analysis 1: A draft of this analysis will be required preparation for the synchronous online session in Module 2.

o Attendance to the synchronous online session for Module 2 is required. During this live session, your instructor will be asking you specific questions about Case Analysis 1 and providing feedback to prepare you for future assignments..

Each case write-up should provide a thorough analysis of the questions posed so that critical issues are identified and explained as to their impact on the company. Answers that are vague, which provide little or no detail or that provide minimal or incomplete strategies when called for will not earn a passing grade.

You are required to present a cogent analysis/argument of the facts, which should support your answer. Merely answering the questions with no support or explanation of your answer will not suffice. Each case has 3 to 5 significant questions that synergistically reveal the company's corporate strategy. Taken together, the revealed strategies from all the cases will provide insight for your corporate strategy paper.

Do not introduce facts from outside of the cases, as this will cause confusion in your analyses. Format should be a maximum of 5 pages, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, with 1" margins around.
