Tangible or intangible rewards are essential; your division chief is missing an opportunity for additional motivation by only considering financial rewards. Furthermore, he fails to establish fairness and equity in the promotion selection. The failure to provide opportunities and guidance for continued growth and development might resolve difficulties in retaining employees and establishing a thriving organizational environment (Sodeeq, 2023).
