Provide an analysis of the policy or practice of Home & community care in Victoria Australia that appear inconsistent with principle 4 of Wrights (1983). Provide an analysis on why this in inconsistent and justify your response. Provide some specific suggestion/s of what this service could do to overcome the inconsistency, please justify your response.

Principle 4 The assets of the person must receive considerable attention in the rehabilitation effort. A person's healthy physical and mental attributes can become a basis for alleviating difficulties as well as providing a source of gratification and enrichment of life. Special care must be taken to avoid overemphasis on the pathological that leaves one inadequately sensitized to stabilizing and maturity-inducing factors. Those attributes of the person that are healthy and promising must be supported and developed.
