Managers and change agents utilise various means for mobilising power, exerting influence, and marshalling support for planned change efforts and innovation. On that note, the development of "Innovative Organizations" has been identified as a proactive approach for sustainable change effort for many successful organizations.

a) Critically examine the 4 (FOUR) strategies ( Top-down, Force-coercion, Rational persuasion, Shared power) that managers could employ during the planned change process. In your answers, provide specific examples of how each of the strategies generates its specific outcomes.

b) Critically analyse and the 4 (FOUR) features of Innovative Organizations and in your answers, provide details of how organizations could be transformed into Innovative Organizations. ( 4 features: Unfreezing, Refreezing, Driving Forces and Restraining Forces : Lewin's Change Model)
