Analyse the current impact of interest rates, inflation and one other external factor on your organisation (or one with which you are familiar). Identify organisational priorities arising from your analysis. (AC 1.3) Using organisation A as the organisation which is a telecoms organisations.

Conduct an external analysis on your own. organisation using a model such as PESTLE, STEEPLE, 5 forces etc.

In your main report explain where interest rates, inflation, and your chosen other external factor sits within your model.

For your chosen factor, you may want to avoid Technology (specifically AI); as this is the subject on AC1.4.

Analyse the impact of all 3 factors on your organisation.

Ensure that you identify organisational priorities arising from your analysis.
