An injured third party has the right to recover the full amount of her damages from one, some, or all of those who caused her harm.

First, consider the following scenario: Betsey has a two-year contract as a producer at Jackson Movie Studios. She produces a remake of the movie Footloose. Unfortunately, it bombs, and her boss Jackson is so furious that he fires her on the weekend the movie opens.

Next, write a 1-2 page essay that describes the contract issues relating to the principal, agent, and any third parties in this scenario. How do third party considerations create a more complex contract? What would be different if only the agent and principal were parties to the contract?
